REFUND/EXCHANGE
Making a purchase from our Internet shop means that you accept our policy.
In case you are dissatisfied with the purchase your order will be refund or exchange within 30 days after the delivery of your watch at your shipping place.
IMPORTANT:
Sometimes it happens that at the moment of purchase there is no the same model you want to exchange.
If that is the case you will be informed about this situation within 5-8 days after the purchase.
You can choose some close to the original model or ask about the full refund of your payment.
Anyway we will try to make you satisfied with your purchase.
Our products carry 60 days manufacturers’ warranty.
Here are the options:
- Set forth the problem in your email for us
- Mark the type of the compensation you want to get (exchange, or repair under the manufacturers' warranty).
- Indicate you order number.
- During 24 hours you will get the email with the address for sending the item you want to exchange or repair.
Note:
- For being refund or exchanged the item should be in the same condition as you got it.
- We provide exchange only in case you received an inoperative, damaged, or incorrect item.
- If the item is returned more than in 30 days after the delivery your return cannot be accepted.
- All the links should be returned with the item. The item will not be exchanged or refunded if any link is lost.
- We exchange or refund the items only with manufacturers' defects. We do not take into account the cases when the item is damaged on purpose or if it has been damaged while wearing. Avoid penetration of water inside the clockwork, therefore the crown should be always screwed up hermetically. The watch will not be exchanged, refunded, or repaired in cases when the damage is caused by the crown not being tight.
- As it often happens, the customers cause the damage by incorrect using, for example movement can be broken because of the hard pulling at the stem. Try to treat your watch carefully for enduring the lifetime of the device. But if the cause of the damage is a manufacturers' defect, the item will be certainly repaired or replaced.
- Our company cannot fulfill returns if the item has been confiscated by Customs of your Country.
- Gas-powered items or items that hold flammable liquids cannot be accepted as returns.
- If the item cannot be repaired we will replace your order by the same model. If that model is not available you can choose a similar item of the same value. For the most part manufacturers' defects can be easily eliminated.
- Our company does not account for shipping damages so we advise you earnestly to insure the item before being returned.
In cases when you are exchanging a watch all the back shipping costs will be paid by our company.
- In case when a package hasn't reached the customer in 8 weeks after the shipping date this package is treated as lost and the customer will get a new package in 30-day waiting period.
The exchange will arrive in two weeks.
Returning an item that had a discount at the moment of the purchasing the amount of the promotional offer will not be refunded if the discount term is expired.
Any unexpired promotional funds will be certainly refunded.
Please note that the original expiration date still employs.
