Delivery Time
We deliver our products by air mail.
Before being shipped your order will be in process up to three workdays.
Inhabitants of the USA, Australia, and South America will get their orders during 2 or 5 weeks.
For Europe the delivery will be carried out in 2 or 4 weeks.
On average the delivery time is 3 weeks.
Lost Package Policy
In case when a package hasn't reached the customer in 8 weeks after the shipping date this package is treated as lost and the customer will get a new package on condition that our company is able to give the same items ordered by the customer.
If we there are not the same items in sight we will suggest to the customer similar items instead of the lost ones.
The customer has the right to cancel the order completely, if one or more items in the order are not available to be shipped.
In this case the total cost of the order including shipping and handling cost will be fully compensated.
Custom Clearance
When a shipment reaches your country it may be liable to import duty and taxes, which are levied when a shipment reaches your country.
Extra costs for customs clearance should be incurred by you.
We have no control over these charges and cannot forecast their rate.

We would like our international customers to be keenly conscious that shipment abroad can entail cargo inspection by custom authority.
We may supply the package with the order, shipment and product information to avoid package opening.
Sometimes our local customs authority requires us to indicate the value of the item directly on the package.
